Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, contact us at aliahmarpk9211@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details right after your purchase is complete.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days, expedited takes 2–4 business days, and express takes 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Order page on our website to check your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Yes! All DrawerDen products are designed for easy, tool-free or minimal-tool assembly. Instructions are included with every product.

Our products are made from high-quality steel, durable plastic, and other premium materials built to last in everyday home use.

Are your products suitable for all cabinet sizes?

Each product listing includes detailed dimensions and install size specifications. We recommend measuring your space before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
