Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item is in its original, unused condition
All original packaging, parts, and accessories are included
The item is free from damage caused by misuse or improper installation
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that cannot be returned include:

Products that have been assembled or installed
Items marked as Final Sale
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at aliahmarpk9211@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

Partial Refunds may be granted for:
