Where We Ship

DrawerDen currently ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (holidays, sales events).

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $5.99
Expedited and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:

Through the carrier's website
On our Track Order page at drawerden.store

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

DrawerDen is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier disruptions or weather events
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Customs or import delays (for future international orders)

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
